SmartLHR Services will be use by the Government Authorized people who are designated to deal with certain complaints. Only Authorized people can signup on this app. After signup, User can search the complaints that are assigned to his department by applying filters and see the status of each complaint. He then can mark the status of complaint and give his comments on it.
